Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are calculated, and what to do if you need help with an order.
1) Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the book, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period (see “How to Request a Return”).
2) Returns Eligibility (All Customers)
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The book must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The return must be shipped back with appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
3) Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Books that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
- Returns sent back without prior notice/authorization.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or insufficient return packaging.
4) Shipping Costs, Duties, and Delivery-Related Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- If a refund is approved after the order has shipped, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
5) Refund Amount (Payment Processing Fees)
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). These providers charge standard payment processing fees, which are typically around 3% of the transaction amount and may vary slightly depending on the buyer’s country, currency, and payment method. These fees are retained by the payment provider and are non-refundable.
For this reason, approved refunds are issued as follows:
- Before shipment: If your refund request is approved before your order has shipped, your refund will equal the amount you paid minus non-refundable payment processing fees.
- After shipment: If your refund request is approved after your order has shipped, your refund will be limited to the product price minus non-refundable payment processing fees. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
Refunds cannot exceed the net amount received after non-refundable payment processing fees.
6) Refund Timing
- Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of:
- the outer packaging (including any visible damage),
- the shipping label,
- the book and the specific issue.
We will review the claim and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution (replacement where available, or refund in line with this policy). Return shipping may be covered by us only in cases of confirmed defect or incorrect item.
8) Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
- If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the returns process.

- Order number
- Delivery address (for reference)
- Reason for the request (optional for EU withdrawal requests)
- Photos (required if the item is damaged/defective/incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will reply with return instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
